The municipality and the city of Gornji Milanovac, with over 50,000 inhabitants, have entered an exclusive series of cities that offer a new concept of shopping and entertainment to their and the inhabitants of central Serbia while raising the quality of services. Over 29,000 inhabitants of the city itself received a new and for now the only such center of specialized content as well as a high-quality professional service. The center also attracts many guests from all over the country, who come to this new business point in the city.
"Shop park" with 6500m2 of retail space, 23 shops of the most famous international and domestic brands and its range covers all the needs of everyday modern life. To provide visitors with comfortable and safe shopping, the center has provided 165 parking spaces. We are especially glad that, thanks to our center, many companies from Serbia and the region have participated in the construction so far, but also that the opening provided an opportunity for a larger number of fellow citizens to find employment with us, our partners, and tenants.
We are proud that after two years of intensive development of this project, we started the works on March 2 this year and that after less than nine months we came to the opening, despite all the difficulties that followed us and the whole world.
